For Photos:

First proofs are returned to client within 1-3 days from when they are taken. Client will have 3 days to select from proofs for further edits. Turnaround time for edited images are between 5 - 10 business days from when the client selects and finalizes images to be edited if rush edits aren’t purchased.

Extra edits and video work are an additional charge per package.

For Video:

Videos can take up to 30 days to be returned BUT usually is Given between 10-20 business days.

Free and Collaborative Shoot have no time limit and can usually take 15-25 business days.

You can reschedule for free up to two days prior to your original booking date. After the 2 days rescheduling will incur a fee which is a percentage of your booking cost.

Yes! Depending on the booking type and needs travel may incur a fee.

All of our photos go through a baseline editing which includes color correction and small detail fixes. Further Edits include blemish removal, stray hair removal, sky replacement, skin smoothing if needed, etc. WE DO NOT do skin editing on children or any body modifications unless paid for as a premium add on.
